  • Monitor emerging regulations, standards, guidance documents, and industry trends relevant to contractor management, occupational health and safety, sustainability, environmental performance, and supply chain risk.
  • Research and evaluate regulatory and industry developments to determine impacts on Veriforce products, services, and customer programs.
  • Support development of client-facing methodologies, assessment tools, implementation frameworks, and technical guidance documents.
  • Assist clients in identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities through application of industry standards and best practices.

  • Support development and maintenance of Veriforce’s contractor management solutions, technical content, and service offerings.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Global Parent Questionnaire (GPQ), jurisdictional frameworks, contractor qualification criteria, and associated technical content.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Client Success, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements, business rules, workflows, and content requirements.
  • Translate industry learnings, customer feedback, regulatory developments, and market trends into recommendations for product enhancements and service innovation.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market benchmarking activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor developments amongst other contractor management, supply chain, and risk management providers to identify market trends, opportunities, and emerging risks.
Industry Affairs, Strategic Advisory Board, and Thought Leadership
  • Represent Veriforce at industry conferences, trade associations, standards committees, professional organizations, and stakeholder forums.
  • Deliver presentations, webinars, workshops, and educational sessions on contractor management, health and safety, sustainability, risk management, and emerging industry topics.
  • Participate in standards development organizations, industry committees, working groups, and professional associations as assigned.
  • Participate in standards organizations, industry associations, and professional forums to support Veriforce's industry leadership and strategic objectives.
  • Support development, coordination, and expansion of Veriforce’s Strategic Advisory Board initiatives and regional engagement activities.
  • Contribute to white papers, articles, research reports, conference abstracts, webinars, podcasts, and other thought leadership content.
  • Capture and communicate industry intelligence and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to support strategic planning, product development, and service delivery improvements.
Client and Business Support
  • Support strategic client pursuits, proposals, RFP responses, executive briefings, and customer engagements requiring technical expertise.
  • Participate in customer workshops, demonstrations, and executive discussions as a subject matter expert.
  • Assist Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams in communicating Veriforce’s value proposition and differentiators.
  • Collaborate with global teams to improve service delivery consistency, scalability, operational effectiveness, and customer outcomes.
