- Create and maintain project documentation, including as-built drawings and closeout materials
- Diagnose and resolve control system issues in both new construction and retrofit environments
- Support multiple projects while effectively managing priorities and deadlines
- Train end users on system operation and provide ongoing customer support
- Maintain strong communication with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and customers throughout the project lifecycle

- Tridium Niagara Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain certification through employer-sponsored training)
Work Environment
This position is primarily field-based and involves working in commercial buildings, construction sites, mechanical rooms, and equipment spaces. Technicians should be comfortable working around mechanical equipment, electrical systems, ladders, and varying weather conditions while following all safety protocols.
Occasional lifting, climbing, bending, and extended periods of standing or walking are part of the role.
