As an Accounting Staff within our Client Accounting & Advisory Services group, you’ll be responsible for owning the bill pay process for our clients. You will work independently and as part of a team to complete accounting engagements.

- Pays invoices by verifying client transaction information through firm bill pay system
- Maintains client financial and data security by following internal accounting controls
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Generates invoices and follows up with clients for approval
- Researches and resolves invoice issues; communicates findings
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Accounting Partner
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage sensitive and tight deadlines with high degree of accuracy
- Follow directions from manager and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
