Description
Decile Group builds the infrastructure that powers venture capital firms. We provide fund administration, compliance, and operational support to hundreds of emerging fund managers across the country. As we scale, we need a senior CPA to own the tax function for our fund clients, from partnership tax preparation and review through K-1 delivery.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You will prepare and review partnership tax returns, coordinate K-1 production and delivery, and serve as the internal expert on fund-level tax questions. If your background is in individual tax, corporate tax, or large-firm compliance work with no exposure to pass-through entities and fund structures, this is not the right fit.
