Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our Chandelier Bar team as a Food and Beverage supervisor. As a F&B Supervisor, candidates will take an active role in the supervision of the restaurant and/or bar. They anticipate guests' needs whilst greeting, seating and serving restaurant and/or bar guests.
What You''ll Do
Lead daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring seamless service execution, maintaining exceptional standards, and providing hands-on support to the team as needed.
Anticipate guest needs, deliver personalized service, and promptly resolve concerns to create memorable dining experiences.
Manage guest feedback professionally, addressing complaints and recognizing compliments while communicating key insights to leadership.
Support team success through daily service briefings, training, coaching, and participation in departmental meetings to uphold Four Seasons service standards.
Partner with restaurant leadership to maintain the highest levels of service, presentation, hygiene, and operational excellence, while serving as Manager on Duty in their absence.
What You Bring
High reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
2 years of previous supervisory or management experience in Food & Beverage
College degree or equivalent preferred.
A Valid Work Authorization for the United States.
What To Expect
Work a flexible work schedule of approximately 45 hours per week that includes mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Extended shifts may be needed.
Work in a fast-paced environment that requires continuous movement and standing, engaging with guests and team members throughout your shift.
