Responsible for supporting, administering, and optimizing Title Production Systems (TPS) used across title and escrow operations. Partners with business stakeholders to analyze operational needs, identify system enhancements, troubleshoot application issues, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, data integrity, and overall user experience. Serves as a subject matter expert on title and escrow workflows while supporting system configuration, testing, training, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Administering Title Production Systems (TPS) or similar title industry applications.

• Strong application administration/background on the technical side of title operations.

• Previous experience as an Escrow Officer or in a title operations role is highly preferred.

• Solid understanding of the title insurance industry and title/escrow workflows.

• Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents

• Ability to independently learn, troubleshoot, and understand how applications function.

• Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members

• Individual contributor working with limited oversight

• Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred

Experience

• Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience

• Experience with one or more Title Production Systems (TPS) or closing platforms preferred, including: Resware, AIM, Qualia, SoftPro / SoftPro 360, RamQuest
