Position Summary: 

Clinical Pharmacists ensure safe, optimal, and efficacious drug therapy for our patients. Review, process and monitor physician orders and patient medication profiles. Responsibilities include providing pharmacy information to physicians and nursing, providing pharmacotherapy to our patients, and patient safety. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values. 

 

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:   

Education: Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy, BS or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.  Residency training preferred.

Licensure: Current license as a Registered Pharmacist by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy
