It is a 1 year Fixed Term Contract - Role
o Preparation of yearly budget for ITS/ Digital (pillars of IT)
o Preparing Monthly/ Quarterly MIS reports
o Preparing RISK/ Savings items and reporting on quarterly basis
o Preparing and reporting Forecast of budget on quarterly basis
o Download and analyze trend analysis and investigate any unusual movements in vendor accounts.
o Checking, confirming of journal entries.
o Prepare and analyze actuals against budget.
o Checking monthly balance sheet reconciliation in accordance with internal control requirements
o Respond to any ad-hoc queries from employees
