## Tasks

We're looking for a **Web3 Motion Designer & Vidoe Editor** who’s excited to craft clear, engaging visuals that bring our story to life across web, social, and product interfaces.

**What you'll do:**

• Create high-quality motion graphics and video edits using After Effects, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve
• Combine motion graphics with real-world visuals, including stock footage or AI-generated content
• Design and implement micro-animations for websites using tools like Spline, GSAP, Lottie, or Framer
• Develop Web3-style animations with a clean, futuristic visual language
• Build lightweight, interactive web banners and animations using HTML5/CSS
• (Bonus) Embed videos into email newsletters and landing pages for enhanced user engagement

## Requirements

**Experience:**

What you bring:

• A strong portfolio that shows both visual finesse and motion skills.
• 3+ years in Web3 Motion designer & Video Editor roles.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, or Davinci Resolve
• Experience combining motion graphics with real-world visuals (stock or AI-generated)
• Ability to create micro-animations for websites (Spline, GSAP, Lottie, Framer preferred)
• Experience in Web3-style animations and clean, futuristic visual language
• Familiarity with lightweight interactive web banners and HTML5/CSS animations
• Bonus: Embed videos within email newsletters and landing pages

**Level of studies:** Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree in Design or similar

**Language Requirements:** Fluent in English
