Description
Responsibilities
Process Optimization:
- Lead the assessment and redesign of DP/IBP processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with global standards.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to standardize and streamline processes, ensuring consistency across markets.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with key stakeholders across the APAC region, including senior leadership, to build awareness and buy-in for change initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for DP/IBP processes.
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to support the roll-out and adoption of DP/IBP processes in the APAC region.
- Align plans with the overall business strategy and objectives for the region.
Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the capabilities of regional teams in DP/IBP processes and tools.
- Support the development of a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in demand planning and integrated business planning within a multinational environment.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale change initiatives and process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of DP/IBP processes, tools, analytics and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
