Currently, we are bidding for Metro Rail projects across India. The position of Deputy Project Director (Civil) is the key position in these BIDs.
Missions/Main Duties
- Lead and manage civil works for metro rail projects, including viaducts, underground structures, stations, depots, tunnels, track-related civil interfaces, and associated infrastructure.
- Oversee planning, design review, construction supervision, and commissioning support for civil components of the project.
- Ensure execution of works in line with approved drawings, technical specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable codes and standards.
- Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, proof consultants, systems teams, architectural teams, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures to maintain schedule and budget targets.
Profile/Skills
Overall incharge of GC at the place of posting except for the works assigned to Dy. PD (Systems). Should be a Graduate in Civil Engineering or related. Must have minimum 22 years ofExperience in railway or railway related industry, out of which minimum 10 years in Metro/RRTS/High Speed unless otherwise mentioned.
