To increase the trajectory & velocity of our transformative work, we seek an ambitious leader and self-directed leader to partner with business executives and design and execute key strategic initiatives.
You will develop and execute transformation and change plans across programs to accelerate Growth & NOI, delivering financial impact targets & opportunities outlined yearly, through right-shoring, process simplification, and digitization / automation leveraging AI. This will require management across multiple countries, regions and/or functions to ensure benefits realization of the strategic initiatives of global significance for the Firm.
The role will additionally be responsible for strategic ideation to help design and implement projects and programs for the organization’s operational strategy in order to meet the financial and growth goals of the business (e.g. revenue growth, client satisfaction and retention).
Job Profile Description:
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve quality, optimizes location footprint driving transformation and change across businesses - serves as a catalyst of strategic ideation, opportunity sizing, prioritization and sequencing
- Proactively monitors and assesses industry, competitor, macro-economic, and regulatory trends to ensure operational capabilities optimally position the business to compete and respond to change.
- Ensures the delivery of the EU transformation portfolio on behalf of the firm. Drives sizing, prioritization and delivery assurance across businesses and practices.
- Facilitates and advises on Project Management functional strategy and methodology development while demonstrating foresight, conceptual capability, and environmental market awareness.
- Ensures the delivery of complex, multi-year strategic projects and programs by providing executive level oversight of all active projects to ensure standards are followed and projects delivered on time within budget and meet the desired financial benefit outcomes.
- Directs the overall human and financial asset management for each department's designated projects proactively responding to new project needs or changes in scope, and assesses the work plan direction versus the new input demands.
- Create and implement a robust stakeholder management plan to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment with Financial & Operational Fitness goals.
- Own and navigate through complex stakeholder relationships, effectively managing competing priorities and diverse opinions to deliver the business value.
- Serves as the internal consultant to Executive Committee members, assisting them with their highest priority opportunities, issues and risks serving as strategic transformation and change agent for their most impactful initiatives.
- Defines optimal organizational structure and recruits, develops, manages, and motivates a high performing team that is results driven, accountable and collaborative and ensures optimal resource allocation and expense management aligned with strategic intent.
- Conducts performance evaluations and career development discussions with support and professional project management staff. Partners with Learning and Development team to create development initiatives and manages progress of professional and management skill acquisitions to constantly improve team capabilities.

- Technology and Digitization Experience: Demonstrated ability to significantly disrupt operations through the delivery of advanced digital solutions.
- Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement : Demonstrated ability to drive process reengineering across a Shared Services organization, and/or Centers of Excellence (COEs). Prior experience of successfully offshoring is key.
- Matrixed Org Leadership Experience: Expert in navigating a complex matrixed organization
- Industry Experience: Broad Professional services beneficial but not mandatory. Exploring strong candidates with ‘out of sector’ experience deemed best in class in operational practices.
