About the role

- Take full control of integrated solutions powered by Orange's innovative service solutions, ensuring effective development and delivery.
- Lead the completion of the solution service block post-contract signature and implement plans that drive quick wins.
- Liaise with customers to gather relevant technical information for successful design and project delivery, coordinating with presales consultants as necessary.
- Provide expert consulting on customization and oversee the collaboration with development teams for design executions.
- Evaluate service requests to ensure deliverability by reviewing Availability, Capacity, Technical Compliance, Feasibility, and Regulatory aspects.
- Execute the Digital solution User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process for customer solutions and enhancement requests, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain a comprehensive project plan, managing stakeholder requirements and ensuring timely deliveries meet established quality standards.
- Accountable for the overall project performance, including regular updates to stakeholders and documenting lessons learned.
- Utilize disciplined methodologies to enhance the Time To Market processes, identifying risks and maintaining open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
About you
You are an experienced project manager with a strong background in IT solutions, specifically focusing on service management. With expertise in ITSM processes and a solid understanding of monitoring and reporting frameworks, you are equipped to manage expectations effectively. Preferred qualifications include robust knowledge of Agile, Scrum, PMP/Synergy certifications, and ITIL, alongside excellent communication and presentation skills. A Bachelor’s degree rounded out with relevant certifications further enhances your professional profile.
