Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for NorthShore Health Center in Lake Station, Indiana.

COMPENSATION

• Base Salary: $230,000-$270,000 based on experience.
• HRSA student loan repayment eligibility.
• Health insurance with 75% employer-paid coverage.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Promote preventive care and long-term wellness.
• Coordinate specialty referrals and continuity of care.
• Practice in a collaborative, team-based outpatient environment.
• Work with experienced clinical and administrative support staff to maximize patient care time.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure.
• Current or eligible DEA registration.
• Commitment to outpatient primary care.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
