Account Executive – Tax Relief Sales

Irvine, CA | Full-Time | In-Office

Guardian Tax is expanding its Irvine sales team and looking for motivated Account Executives who are ready to build a successful career in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment built around growth, teamwork, and success.

As an Account Executive, you will work with individuals who have already reached out for assistance with IRS and tax debt concerns. You will lead consultative conversations to understand their situation, educate them on available solutions, and help guide them toward the best next step in resolving their tax challenges.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• 15% commission on every closed deal
• Average monthly earnings: $7,000–$13,000
• Top performers earn $15,000–$24,000+ per month
• Daily, weekly, and monthly bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do

• Manage inbound calls from individuals actively seeking tax relief assistance
• Conduct conversations to understand each client’s situation and goals
• Build rapport quickly and create a professional client experience
• Educate clients on available options and recommended solutions
• Handle objections confidently and help clients move forward
• Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

Schedule

Location: Irvine, CA (In-office)

Hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
One half-day Saturday per month

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of phone sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to confidently handle objections and close deals
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a results-driven sales environment
