Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is a leading third‑party logistics (3PL) provider offering a broad range of supply chain services. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Supervising associates during assigned shifts to ensure accurate and timely task completion
- Monitoring productivity, quality, and safety standards throughout the facility
- Training, coaching, and developing team members to meet performance expectations
- Addressing employee questions, concerns, and performance issues in real time
- Coordinating the movement of inbound and outbound shipments
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Enforcing company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Communicating with leadership and cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Completing daily reports related to labor, workflow, and production performance
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- 0–5 years of supervisory or management experience in a warehousing, distribution, or transportation environment
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- A strong work ethic and a competitive, career‑oriented mindset
