Overview
As an X-Ray/Dexa Technologist, you'll provide imaging services at our Somerset, NJ location with a schedule of Monday-Thursday 11am-8pm and Saturdays 7:30am-1:00pm. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic imaging procedures, patient positioning, equipment operation, and maintaining quality standards. The position requires graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program, ARRT certification, CPR certification, and NJ State License. University Radiology, the largest provider of subspecialty radiology and teleradiology services in NJ, is comprised of over 200 Board Certified radiologists with advanced U.S.-based training and expertise in all modalities and all subspecialty areas. In operation for more than 60 years, University Radiology staffs, manages and provides preliminary and final subspecialty interpretations and consultative support for hospitals, imaging centers and other medical facilities, and serves as the academic radiology faculty at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Our physicians interpret over 2.1 million radiology procedures per year.
Responsibilities
University Radiology is looking for a full-time X-Ray/Dexa Technologist for our Somerset, NJ Imaging Office.
Monday - Thursday 11:00 am - 8:00 pm & Saturdays 7:30 am - 1:00 pm
*Would consider a New Grad to train in X-Ray
Qualifications
- Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology School
- Two years of experience
- Multi-modality certification preferred (X-Ray/DEXA)
- ARRT, CPR and DEP/NJ State License
