Overview
This one-year contract position involves providing exceptional customer service at Crown Autobody & Glass. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, guiding them through the claim and repair process, responding to inquiries, booking appointments, and coordinating with insurance companies. You'll collaborate with production teams, provide vehicle updates, collect payments, and walk clients through completed repairs. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, customer focus, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. After 90 days of comprehensive training, you'll work confidently with multiple computer programs. Automotive or collision center experience is an asset, as is knowledge of Manitoba Public Insurance processes. The position requires a valid driver's license and ability to drive manual transmission.
