Athens Chick-fil-A is excited to announce that we will be taking ownership of the Tate Center Chick-fil-A on the University of Georgia’s campus sometime between July and August of 2025!

We are actively seeking dedicated and hardworking applicants to join our Back of House team at this new location. If you're looking to be part of an exciting new chapter, enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, and want to help serve the UGA community with quality food and teamwork, we’d love to hear from you!

Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time positions available
• Flexible scheduling (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Always closed on Sundays

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently to meet Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of all kitchen stations, including frying, breading, assembling, grilling, prep, and plating
• Follow proper food safety procedures, ensuring all meals are fresh and high-quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen throughout shifts
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Follow recipes and food preparation guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence
• Complete all opening and closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A’s dress code, policies, and values at all times
• Be a team player, supporting fellow BOH and Front of House team members
• Other duties as assigned

Able to lift kitchen supplies and stand for extended periods

Previous kitchen, cooking, or food service experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train you!
