Lead carton utilization and right-sizing initiatives to reduce box count, corrugate usage and dimensional weight charges. Optimize pallet utilization and load building (pallet footprint, ti/hi, stretch wrap, corner boards) to improve trailer/container fill rates and reduce LTL/FTL cost per unit. Analysis Tilt/Shock watch utilization and work with respective product group to evaluate alternate options to reduce freight cost and ensure product safety. Conduct packaging trials (ISTA/transport simulation as applicable) and implement changes using controlled pilots and standard work updates.
