Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Editor with strong storytelling, postproduction, and motion graphics capabilities. While CGI or 3D experience is a plus. You will lead the creation of high quality video content—from concept through final delivery—helping bring our products and brand stories to life with compelling visual narratives. 

Key Areas of Responsibility

Full Cycle Video Creation 

• Develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards for a wide variety of video content including product stories, brand films, customer features, training videos, and promotional materials. 

• Own the editing process from initial assembly to refined final output, ensuring clarity, strong pacing, and visual impact. 

Post Production Expertise 

• Execute advanced video editing, sound design, music integration, color grading, and final finishing. 
• Create motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, animated callouts, and other visual enhancements. 

CGI, 3D & Motion Integration (Non core)

• Incorporate basic or intermediate CGI/3D elements when needed—using tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, 3DS Max, Maya, or similar. 
• Collaborate with internal specialists or external vendors for advanced CGI or VFX work. 
• Apply foundational lighting or rendering techniques if producing simple product visuals

Creative Direction & Brand Alignment 

• Uphold brand consistency across all video content while exploring new creative approaches, techniques, and styles. 
• Leverage emerging visual technologies and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and elevate storytelling quality. 

CrossTeam Collaboration 

• Work closely with marketing, creative, product, and engineering partners to understand objectives and shape compelling video narratives. 
• Coordinate with external crews or freelancers when needed. 

Project Organization & Delivery 

• Manage timelines, organize assets, and ensure final deliverables meet creative, technical, and brand standards. 

• Oversee quality control for all final outputs. 

Critical Experiences

·       Minimum 5 years of professional experience in video editing, producing, or post-production.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Film, Digital Media, Video Production, Motion Graphics, Animation, or related field. 

·       Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition) and Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve.

·       Experience with CGI/3D tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or similar (Experience with CGI/3D is helpful but not mandatory.) 

·       Strong storytelling, visual communication, and editorial judgment. 

·       Excellent organizational and communication skills. 

·       Knowledge of AI-assisted video tools or lighting simulation (IES photometric data) is a plus.

• Proven ability to work with sales teams, product managers, designers, external agencies, and central marketing functions to coordinate timely execution of campaigns and assets.
