Full Time | Permanent | Monday - Friday (40 hrs)

Salary: £27,976 + up to 10% bonus (OTE £30,773) + company carLondon Weighting (for employees residing within the M25): £30,784 + up to 10% bonus (OTE £33,862) + company car

Territory: Weybridge, Woking, Cobham, Leatherhead, Camberley and surrounds

Working for Smollan, you'll represent Unilever - working across major grocery stores like Asda, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, as well as Boots and popular discounters such as B&M.

What you’ll be doing

This is a hands-on, field-based role where no two days are the same. You will:

• Visit a variety of stores across your territory
• Build strong relationships with store managers and teams
• Ensure products are fully stocked and easy to find
• Set up eye-catching displays and promotions
• Fix gaps on shelves and spot sales opportunities
• Use simple mobile apps to report activity and share insights

• Confident, friendly, and self-motivated
• Comfortable talking to a wide range of people
• Organised and good at managing your own time
• Happy working independently in a field-based role
• Basic confidence using apps on your phone
