Technical Program Delivery Lead

Your job is to deliver the trains on time.

Except the trains are narrow-conscious, fully autonomous agents doing complex internal and external tasks that have never been performed without a human before, often using tools unique to each organization.

The Role

You set the stage for large enterprise delivery programs. You coordinate multiple technical and non-technical teams and keep momentum through clarity and efficiency. Your superpower is mobilizing large enterprises to deliver in half the time through effective shepherding, all while staying close enough to the technology to make smart calls.

What You'll Do

1. Own enterprise delivery. Stand up and run large, multi-stakeholder delivery programs from kickoff through go-live.
2. Coordinate across teams. Align engineering, implementation, customer teams, and external partners around a shared plan and timeline.
3. Create clarity. Turn ambiguity into structured, sequenced workstreams so everyone knows what's next and why.
4. Keep momentum. Identify blockers early, drive resolution, and shepherd enterprises to deliver at roughly half the typical time.
5. Bridge technical and operational. Engage with engineering on technical concepts and translate them for non-technical stakeholders, and vice versa.
6. Build the delivery playbook. As a founding team member, establish the standards, processes, and rituals that make enterprise delivery repeatable.

What We're Looking For

1. 7+ years in technical program or delivery management, ideally running enterprise programs with multiple concurrent stakeholders.
2. Healthcare industry insight: experience navigating the complexities of healthcare administration and the realities of provider operations.
3. Technical proficiency: ability to engage engineering teams on technical concepts and a solid grasp of AI technologies and their applications.
4. A track record of accelerating delivery: you've measurably compressed timelines on complex programs.
5. Analytical mindset: you use data and clear metrics to track program health and drive decisions.
6. Adaptability and initiative: comfortable in a fast-paced startup with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
