What you'll do:
- Plan, develop, and execute functional test strategies for customized BioProcess Solutions, including procedure development and ownership of functional testing activities.
- Review, approve, and provide quality oversight on test protocols created by other test engineers, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, recommend corrective actions, and support service teams with maintenance, repair, and on‑site customer installations.
- Support customers and suppliers through technical education, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and ongoing collaboration across the product lifecycle.
- Maintain and continuously improve test facilities, test equipment, and testing capabilities to support current and future project needs.
Who you are:
- Engineer (Swedish level of “Gymnasieingenjör” or “högskoleingenjör”) in electrical engineering or equivalent technical discipline, with strong hands‑on experience.
- Solid expertise in hardware and software testing, including verification, validation, and work within regulated environments (e.g., GMP).
- High technical competence with strong understanding of control software and preferably Bioprocess products.
- Structured, analytical problem‑solver with a demonstrated ability to deliver results and manage multiple priorities.
- Service‑minded team player with strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
- Natural leader and self‑starter with the ability to mentor others, energize teams, and operate effectively in both individual contributor and team‑lead roles.
