วิเคราะห์และปล่อยผ่านผลิตภัณฑ์กึ่งสำเร็จรูปและวิเคราะห์ผลิตภัณฑ์กึ่งสำเร็จรูป- วิเคราะห์และบันทึกผลทางเคมีและฟิสิกส์ของผลิตภัณฑ์กึ่งสำเร็จรูป ผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูป และ DI Water โดยเทียบกับ Specification และตรวจสอบคุณภาพของน้ำที่ใช้ผลิต น้ำ Last rinse จากการ C&S ถังผสม
- จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์และสารเคมีสำหรับการวิเคราะห์
- ทำ Daily Check เครื่องมือที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการวิเคราะห์กึ่งสำเร็จรูปพร้อมทั้งลงบันทึกผลการทำ Daily Check เครื่องมอลงใน Log Book และแจ้งหัวหน้าในกรณีที่ผลการทำ Daily Check เครื่องมือไม่ผ่านตามค่าการยอมรับที่ระบุไว้
- บัยทึกข้อมูลใน Log Book และ Analytical report (QO report)
- ลงบันทึกผลการตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ในเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์
- บันทึกผลการตรวจสอบ และปล่อยผ่านผลิตภัณฑ์กึ่งสำเร็จรูปในระบบ QAD
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในเรื่องการสุ่มตีวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์กึ่งสำเร็จรูป
- จัดเตรียมตัวอย่าง Sample bulk เมื่อลูกค้ามีการร้องขอตัวอย่าง
- ดูแลรักษาเครื่องมือต่างๆที่ใช้ในห้องปฏิบัติงาน และแจ้งหัวหน้างานรับทราบเมื่อพบว่าเครื่องมือชำรุดเสียหาย
- ทำลายตัวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์กึ่งสำเร็จรูป ที่ทำการวิเคราะห์และผลการวิเคราะห์ผ่านตาม Specification
- จัดเตรียม Standard sample ให้หัวหน้างานอนุมัติพร้อมลงบันทึกใน Master list standard sample ในคอมพิวเตอร์และจัดเก็บ Standard sample
