We are looking for a Senior IT Program / Delivery Leader who is ready to take ownership of complex, large-scale transformation initiatives in a highly dynamic, international environment.
This is a unique opportunity in the Bratislava market to own end-to-end delivery of programs, working across modern digital platforms and legacy ecosystems, while collaborating with top-tier clients and senior stakeholders.

We are especially interested in professionals currently working as Program Managers or Senior Project Managers who are ready for their next step.
YOUR MISSION
End-to-End Delivery Management (Own the successful delivery of the program across all workstreams, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology solutions, and operational readiness)
Integrated Program Planning & Control (Establish and continuously manage a unified delivery plan, balancing timelines, resource capacity, and cross-stream dependencies while maintaining focus on critical path and key milestones)
Cross-Stream & Multi-Vendor Orchestration (Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across all domains, proactively resolving dependencies, conflicts, and integration challenges)
Full Lifecycle Delivery Oversight (Govern execution across all SDLC phases, ensuring consistent delivery standards from design through deployment, including alignment of new system implementation with legacy landscape impacts)
Business Change Enablement (Drive readiness of business operations by aligning processes, roles, and adoption activities with solution delivery to ensure sustainable value realization)
Scope & Quality Governance (Maintain clear ownership of scope and deliverables, ensuring disciplined control of changes, adherence to agreed standards, and achievement of defined acceptance criteria)
Executive Stakeholder Engagement (Lead communication with senior stakeholders, providing clear visibility on progress, risks, and decisions, while ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes)
Risk & Issue Management (Proactively identify and manage risks and issues across the program, driving mitigation and resolution with clear accountability and timely escalation when required)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. The range of base pay for this role is 3 610€ - 6 480€

WHO YOU ARE
Extensive experience (10+ years) in large-scale IT transformation program management, preferably in telecommunications, BSS, digital commerce, CRM, order management, product catalog, or similar system integration environments is a MUST
Strong stress resilience – ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, fast-changing environments
Ability to drive structured planning across multiple phases, cross-stream dependencies, workstream plans, testing windows, deployment milestones, and go-live readiness
Strong capability to manage complex governance structures, project reporting, issue escalation, decision tracking, and multi-party delivery coordination
Practical experience with managing multiple client and vendor teams, subcontractors.
Strong communication skills in executive and delivery contexts, including ability to synthesize risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, status, and required actions.
Experience with project financial and commercial processes, including delivery reporting, resource and project financials planning and forecasting.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.
English proficiency (C1)
Slovak language (C1/C2)
Willingness to work on-site from our Bratislava office (at least 3x per week) and to go on business trips within Europe
This role is very time-sensitive therefore a successful candidate must be able to start no later than on 1st of August
