Food Service Manager 2

Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 to join our team at Norman Public Schools. This manager will provide hands-on supervision for multi-functional food service areas, ensuring strong client satisfaction, retention, and positive engagement across the account. The role contributes to account revenue and operating profit through the effective implementation of Sodexo programs while executing against Standard Operating Procedures. This manager will also lead the day-to-day execution of menu programs, ensure compliance and safety standards are met, and oversee daily operational deliverables.

What You Bring

• have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively 
• have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance 
• can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service 
• prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
