AAA Auto Club Enterprises is opening a brand new location in Kyle, Texas, and this one brings a unique twist. Our new branch will be located inside H‑E‑B, creating a high energy environment with a steady flow of members and customers every day.
We are currently hiring Sales Agents and are beginning conversations now to find our newest team members!
This role is a bit different from a traditional branch setting. If you enjoy engaging with people, thrive in a fast paced environment, and like being out on the floor connecting with customers and bringing them into the AAA experience, this could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Do
Source, develop leads, and actively prospect while building your network
Engage directly with customers in a retail environment to drive interest and sales
Maintain a competitive drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
Provide excellent customer service to build strong relationships and retention
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Take ownership of your success and build a profitable book of business
What We’re Looking For
Sales experience highly preferred
A natural ability to approach, engage, and connect with people in a high‑traffic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
Ability to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses
Basic computer skills and strong organization skills
High school diploma required, college degree preferred
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire
