Nationally recognized litigation firm based in Little Rock seeking an Associate Attorney to grow with their team. Firm provides high-caliber discovery, mediation, trial, and appellate services to the risk industry, the business community, and the Arkansas bar.

What You’ll Do
- Draft motions, briefs, and litigation documents
- Conduct research tied to real strategy, not busywork
- Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Develop and demonstrate strong public-speaking skills in hearings and depositions
- Manage your caseload responsibly, balancing deadlines, client communication, and billable-hour requirements
- Work closely with partners on case development and litigation strategy
What We’re Looking For
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active Arkansas Bar license
- 1–3 years of legal experience (litigation preferred but not required)
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and public-speaking abilities
- A proactive mindset and desire for hands-on litigation experience
- Ability to manage caseloads, meet deadlines, and consistently achieve billable-hour expectations
- Someone who wants to grow, take initiative, and be part of a collaborative team
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary $60,000 - $65,000 base with discretionary performance-based bonuses
