As a Manufacturing Technology engineer, he/she is in charge of area process improvement and technology developement. Detail scope is described below:
- Continuous improvements to process mechanical design and operation of pad manufacturing tools and modules.
- Develop Basic data/ Define specficiation for capital improvement projects including working with vendors and other funcation team members.
- Identifies and works with technical personnel to develop best practices for process(es) and most effective technologies.
- Drives product by process through development and documentation of manufacturing standard processes.
- Drive process improvements that benefit yield, quality, uptime and capacity.
- Leads troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex manufacturing problems.
- Responsible to develop plans for and support Commissioning, Decommissioning, Start-Up and Shut Down activities.
- Responsible for the qualification of new equipment.
*Job Qualifications:
- Above 5 years experience in semiconductor related industry experience is preferred.
- Good English communication capability.
- Master degree major for Engineering. (Prefer Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering).
- Metrology development and implementation experience are plus.
- Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to diagnose, troubleshoot, solve or help others solve equipment and/or process issues.
- Demonstrated ability to teach, coach, mentor, develop others, and work in a team based environment
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple, complex, time-sensitive projects
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; must work well in both self-managed and team environment
- Familiar Six Sigma and SPC methodologies
