Description
Our client, a leading name in the interior design and furniture industry, is seeking to recruit a Purchasing Manager to join their team.
This role is being offered with the possibility of flexible working hours and early Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing, verifying and confirming client orders.
- Planning and coordinating the logistics required for the procurement and delivery of products from the client’s principal suppliers.
- Liaising closely with foreign and local suppliers, freight forwarders and internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely deliveries.
- Maintaining a high service standard.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven work experience in a similar role.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Fluent in Maltese, English and Italian.
- Ability to control budgets, negotiate and close deals with optimal terms.
- Good organizational and managerial skills.
- Attention to detail.
