About this opportunity:
Join Ericsson as a Commercial Manager in Taiwan to secure short and long-term profitable business for our Customer Units. You will partner with Core 3+ teams and Local Commercial Management to drive commercial strategies, align with Business Areas (BA), and develop sophisticated business models that incorporate the broader region's business strategy to keep us at the forefront of the telecommunications industry.
What you will do:
- Negotiation & Alignment: Work with Core 3+ and BAs to define commercial proposal strategies, align business decisions, and actively participate in customer-facing sales engagements.
- Commercial Strategy & Growth: Drive end-to-end techno-commercial solutions, pricing, and contract management to optimize profitability and working capital. Support new commercial models for sustainable revenue growth.
- Risk & Contract Governance: Ensure compliance with global sales processes. Evaluate the impact of T&Cs on proposals with guidance from Legal Counsel and Contract Managers.
- Excellence & Change Management: Join the Market Area Commercial Management Community to share best practices. Maintain a growth mindset to challenge the norm and adapt to Ericsson's core values.
The skills you bring:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering with 5+ years in customer-interfacing roles (e.g., Account, Project, or Commercial Management).
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of sales principles, market trends, and Ericsson’s Solutions & Offerings.
- Commercial & Financial Acumen: Skills in commercial planning, profitability analysis, risk management, and understanding the business impact of financial/contractual T&Cs.
- Soft Skills & Tooling: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and consultative communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office for data-driven decision-making and change management.
