In this role, you will working as a Corporate Safety Manager for a client that works in the Electrical Industry. This position will be responsible for identifying best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices. Conduct and coordinate worker training in safety laws and regulations, investigate industrial accidents, and more.
This position is a CONTRACT TO POSSIBLE PERM role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked ON-SITE.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Must have knowledge of industrial electricity
- 5 years of safety experience
- Thorough knowledge of applicable regulations (OSHA, ANSI, NFPA)
- Ability to communicate with employees at all levels
- Ability to travel as required
- Must be able to work 40+ hours/week and be available any day of the week
