Our client is a well established international chain group. The group currently manages 50+ properties in Indonesia and continues to expand.
This role will be responsible for leading the revenue strategy and optimizing topline performance across the company's hospitality portfolio in Indonesia.
This role will be based in the Head Office in Jakarta and will require travel for property visits.
This role will be reporting directly to the Regional General Manager.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

• Bachelor’s degree or master degree in hospitality management or related field

Profile
• Bachelor’s degree or master degree in hospitality management or related field
• Extensive experience in international chain hotels
• Previous experience at Corporate/Regional/Complex/Cluster level, overseeing multiple properties is a must
• Minimum 8 years of progressive revenue management experience
• Strong knowledge of RMS, CRS, PMS, channel management, and revenue analytics tools
• Good in directing other departments to generate more revenue in order to achieve the target
• Ability to articulate recommendations for Revenue & Sales strategies
• Team player and strong working relationships to deliver positive results
• Sets high performance standards and pursues aggressive goals
• Capable of prioritizing between revenue generating actions and time consuming tasks with low yield impact
• Excellent English both oral and written
• Having networking abilities
• Strong leadership and team player at the same time
• Result oriented and great eye for detail
• Able to work under pressure
• Dynamic and energetic personality
• Computer literate
