€1,400 Base Salary + High Uncapped Bonuses

## About the Role

We are seeking experienced Sales Closers who know how to build relationships, overcome objections, and convert interest into action.

Your primary responsibility will be engaging with potential clients interested in real estate opportunities, qualifying their interest, and securing appointments with our real estate project specialists. This is a sales-focused role requiring confidence, persistence, and strong closing abilities.

## Key Responsibilities

* Contact potential clients interested in real estate investments and properties.
* Build rapport and identify client needs.
* Handle objections and confidently guide prospects through the sales process.
* Close prospects for appointments with real estate consultants.
* Conduct consistent follow-ups to maximize conversions.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and client communications.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

## Requirements

* Proven experience in sales, closing, retention, conversion, or appointment setting.
* Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Ability to confidently close and secure client commitments.
* Target-driven, ambitious, and highly motivated by success.
* Experience in call centers, financial services, real estate, or other high-ticket sales environments is highly preferred.
* Fluent English required. Additional languages are an advantage.
