For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 7+ years of experience as an AI Security Engineer
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML security risks (prompt injection, data leakage, agent identity, tool-use) and frameworks: OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF
- Proven ability to translate security policy into practical controls, threat models, and reusable patterns embedded directly in delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder influencer — able to challenge designs constructively and drive security decisions with engineers, product leads, and executives alike
- Fluency in English (C1)
- Availability for Remote model (and for occasional visits to Venda do Pinheiro in Lisbon) (Candidate must be based in Portugal)
