Dental Kidds is a fun, fast-paced pediatric dental practice dedicated to turning dental visits into positive, confidence-building experiences. We’re seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) who brings energy, compassion, and professionalism to every appointment — and who loves helping kids feel brave and proud of their smiles.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the doctor during pediatric dental procedures
- Help create a calm, positive experience for children and families
- Educate patients and parents on oral health and hygiene
- Take radiographs and maintain accurate patient records
- Support a smooth, efficient clinical flow
- Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
What We’re Looking For
- Active Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) credentials
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Friendly, upbeat personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset and a passion for working with children
- Pediatric experience is a plus — but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Schedule
Monday–Friday clinic shifts:
- 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
One Saturday per month:
- 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM
