People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.
For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Mendix Developer (No/Low-Code Platform).
Your duties will include:
- Design and develop applications using the Mendix platform in alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user needs.
- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions using no/low-code methodologies.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
- Maintain and update existing Mendix applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Mendix-based solutions.
- Document application architecture, workflows, and user guides.
- Stay current with Mendix platform updates and best practices.
Requirements that must be met:
- Proven experience with Mendix (no/low-code platform).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with data modeling, APIs, and integration techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Mendix certification is a plus.
- Very good English (min. B2)
