Position Title: Project Director
Working Location: Central (near City Hall MRT)
Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities
Take overall charge of end-to-end project execution and successful delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with joint venture partners to achieve project milestones, safety standards, and financial objectives.
Oversee project scheduling, engineering coordination, risk assessment, procurement activities, and stakeholder engagement.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships while representing the organisation in high-level meetings and negotiations.
Monitor project performance, including cost control, budgeting, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to engineering and project management personnel.

At least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, ideally with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering and Hydro geomechanics.
Minimum 15-20 years of relevant experience in geotechnical and civil engineering, including senior leadership roles in major infrastructure developments.
Demonstrated experience in Project Management roles for large-scale railway or metro infrastructure projects.
Strong technical background in complex geotechnical works such as diaphragm walls, deep foundation systems, tunnelling interfaces, dewatering, ground freezing, micropiling, and earthworks.
Proven experience working within joint venture structures on large infrastructure projects.
Solid operational and commercial management expertise within a geotechnical engineering division.
