Job Responsibilities:
Providing guests with general information regarding functions of the day and the restaurant hours of operation
Actively listen to guest reactions and ask questions to ensure guest’s needs are exceeded; build effective relationships with them and gain their trust, respect and loyalty
Supervise the front desk on the daily operations. Prepare and run daily front office operations reports and check lists
Ensure efficient operation of all respective areas and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services and protection of the Owner's assets
Work closely with all colleagues to ensure recognitions are met for our guests Input and update guests’ profiles and preferences at all times
Assist in follow-up of all guest incident and record in system and OPERA
Job Requirements:
5 year or above related experience at 4 to 5 stars international hotels is preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or above
Excellent language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Technically well-verse in hotel PMS operations / interface / conversions / night audit
Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
