Traffic Design Lead

Leading the development and delivery of traffic signal, signing and pavement marking, roadway illumination, and ITS design. Managing and conducting traffic engineering studies. Overseeing client and stakeholder coordination, including consensus-building and presentation of technical recommendations. Collaborating with subject matter experts to integrate multidisciplinary insights into project plans. Supporting business development efforts by strengthening relationships with municipal and TxDOT clients, and contributing to proposal and pursuit activities. Helping grow the Texas traffic design practice and mentoring engineers to support their technical and professional development. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas. Minimum of 8 years of relevant traffic engineering and design experience. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience working with municipal clients and TxDOT, including familiarity with their design manuals and project delivery processes. Valid U.S. driver's license.
