The Parts Shipper & Receiver verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment.

The Parts Shipper & Receiver assures proper control of parts inventory and related administrative functions. If you are hard-working, passionate, and determined, then this opportunity is for you!

Essential Duties:

• Count, weigh or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments

• Verity information against invoices, orders and other records

• Determine method of shipment

• Restocking Shelves

• Maintaining Inventory

• Maintaining the Warranty Parts

• Occasionally delivery of parts

• Unpack and examine incoming shipments and correspond with the shipper to rectify damages and shortages

• Ensure that outgoing shipments meet specifications

• Ensuring back stock room is clean and dust free

• Maintain a clear and thorough record of all shipments

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record

• Customer service skills, and ability to be a team player

• Computer literate

• Excellent communication skills
