Accountability:

Within the Airbus Helicopters Operation division you will join the Logistics organization. It is to take care of customers mainly based in Mainland China and the HK area. The Customer Logistics Representative is in charge of the Front Office for customers for the Material & logistics activities.

Main activities:

• Be the customer main focal point for Spares, PBH activities, AOG, Warranty, Component Repair & Overhaul, Transport (Functionally)

• Monitor, increase and secure the customer satisfaction for all Material & Logistics activities with a detailed action plan

• Support functionally Customer Support Manager in charge of day to day activity with the customers

• Monitor, secure and improve several KPIs; Turnover and gross margin with a detailed action plan, OTR5b, OTD6b, order ratio

• Represent Airbus Helicopters in front of Customers, Distributors & Maintenance Centers for meetings and seminars for all the Material & Logistics issues.

• Ensure the best connection with transversal activities: Sales Manager, Customer Support Manager, Technical, MRO, Training, Logistics platforms, PSO, etc...

• Share potential opportunities of new A/C sales with Sales Manager

• Feed sales prospects through deep understanding of customer requirements

• Comply with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) legislation and company HSE Management System

• Promote safe work practices within the department

• Acknowledge, understand and comply with Code of Conduct

• Comply with all company policies and procedures

• Comply with all E&C and export control rules

• Comply with and work in accordance with the company's quality management system

Required skills:

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience ideally in contact with customers

• Customer mindedness, rigor and follow standards, welcome problem attitude

• Fluent level and Negotiation level of English

• Experience in using SAP

• Aerospace working experience is a plus
