Johnny Janosik is seeking RELIABLE and ENERGETIC LIFT OPERATORS/CHERRY PICKERS to join our team! We offer a competitive compensation package which includes health care options and paid time off.
The ideal candidates for this position are dependable, detail-oriented, and prioritize safety. While prior experience is definitely a plus, we are happy to provide training, and we welcome those who are new to the field and want to learn.
This is a labor-intensive position that requires heavy lifting. Individuals are regularly on their feet throughout their shift and may work at heights of up to 40 feet as required. Safety is a priority!

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Stock picker/Cherry picker type lift and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform heavy lifting up to 500 lbs. safely and with assistance
- Efficiently move merchandise in or out of storage or staging areas
- Pull and prepare merchandise, ensuring the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped
- Properly use the handheld scanner to process the merchandise
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Participate in training sessions to gain necessary skills and certifications
- Maintain equipment in safe and clean condition
Requirements
- 3+ years of warehouse and forklift experience is a plus!
- Must be able to pass a Background and Drug Screen (Zero Tolerance)
- Must be DEPENDABLE!
- Ability to work at heights of up to 40 feet
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting up to 500 lbs. with assistance
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, bend, squat, reach and/or twist frequently
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team
