Job Responsibilities:
POSITION RESPONSIBILITY:
1、算法开发与优化
-研究并实现机器学习、深度学习（如CNN、RNN、Transformer）、强化学习等前沿算法。
-优化模型性能（精度、速度、资源消耗），提升算法在实际场景中的鲁棒性。
2、数据处理与建模
-清洗、标注和预处理结构化/非结构化数据（文本、图像、语音等）。
-构建高效的数据管道（Data Pipeline），支持模型训练与迭代。
3、模型部署与集成
-将训练好的模型部署到生产环境（如云平台、边缘设备），实现高可用性、低延迟的服务。
-使用TensorFlow/PyTorch/TensorRT等工具进行模型压缩、量化和加速。
4、技术研究与创新
-跟踪AI领域最新进展（如大模型、多模态、联邦学习），探索技术落地场景。
-撰写技术文档、专利或论文，推动团队技术积累。
5、跨团队协作
-与产品经理、数据工程师、前端/后端工程师协作，设计端到端AI产品。
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
1、计算机、数学或相关专业本科在读或硕士研究生
2、英语六级，听说读写能力熟练
3、较强的抗压能力及沟通能力和团队合作意识
4、具备扎实的编程基础，熟练掌握Python语言及PyTorch/TensorFlow框架
5、需掌握线性代数、概率统计等数学基础，熟悉SVM、随机森林等机器学习算法及CNN、RNN等深度学习模型
6、优先考虑具备NLP、CV或推荐系统项目经验者，具备大模型（LLM）、多模态、联邦学习等前沿技术经验更佳
