Job Responsibilities:

Objetivo de la posición: Administrar los recursos asignados con la finalidad de ejecutar dentro del tiempo programado las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo de los equipos instalados en las líneas productivas y que están dentro de su responsabilidad, en conjunto con el Planeador de Mantenimiento desarrollar los planes de Fin de semana, robustecer las rutinas o tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y dar seguimiento al refaccionamiento de los equipos. Tener la capacidad de diagnosticar y dar seguimiento y solución a fallas no comunes en los mismos equipos.

Experiencia: 2 años mínimos de experiencia en Magna Powertrain en líneas de maquinado.

Conocimiento:
Conocimiento avanzado en mecánica, neumática, hidráulica, electricidad y electrónica e interpretación de diagramas y planos de estos rubros.
Conocimientos de metrologia basica, mediciones de backlash, runout, alineaciones
Conocimiento avanzado en sistemas de control industrial.
Procesos de Maquinado: conocimientos avanzados en procesos de brochado, generación de engranes, rolado, rectificado, forjado, CNC.
Conocimientos Administrativos: Manejo básico de paquetes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI. Conocimiento del módulo de mantenimiento SAP. Administración de personal. Básico en administración de requisiciones y órdenes de compra.

Requisitos:
Kardex sin incidencias

Manejo avanzado de herramientas de gestión y análisis de datos (Excel, Power BI, SAP PM)
Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.
Ingles Avanzado ( Hablado / Escrito )
De 2 años de experiencia como Supervisor en Mantenimiento en el ramo industrial automotriz con responsabilidades de manejo de personal y cumplimiento de objetivos.

Escolaridad:
- Ingeniería en Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Industrial.
Habilidades:
- Liderazgo y Proactividad
- Dirigir a equipos de trabajo
