General Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior ADAS AI Engineer to drive AI model deployment, optimization, and production readiness for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).

Responsible for the deployment and optimization of ADAS AI models, including LLMs and VLMs, on automotive platforms.

Deep Learning Models Compiling, Algorithm optimization, Performance Benchmark, AI application integration, AI framework Integration. Model accuracy tuning, PTQ/QAT quantization finetune.

Requirements:

1\. 5+ years of experience in AI deployment, embedded AI systems, or related domains.

2\. C++/Python/Java programming experience.

3\. Strong expertise in LLMs, VLMs, and modern AI architectures, with solid knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms (CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer, and mainstream LLMs), as well as performance benchmarking and analysis.

4\. Be familiar with one or more AI frameworks like Tensorflow, Pytorch, ONNX.

5\. Be familiar with major AI accelerator chip architecture , like GPU card or data center experience.

6\. Be familiar with PTQ and QAT workflow and algorithm, has experience of model accuracy finetune is plus.

7\. Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.

OR

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• 1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
• 1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with debugging techniques.
