Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Fabricate, fit, and weld assemblies to meet project specifications and quality standards.
•  Inspect welds and completed assemblies to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. 
• Operate welding equipment, grinders, saws, overhead cranes, forklifts, and other fabrication tools safely and efficiently. 
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials for fabrication. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following all OSHA and company safety policies. 
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, quality control personnel, and fellow team members to meet production goals. 
• Identify and communicate fabrication or quality issues before materials move to the next production stage. 
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety. 
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• You have a 3G welding certification
• You can climb ladders easily and safely
• You do not have a fear of heights
• You have safety experience including the use of personal protective equipment
• You are able to safely lift 50 lbs. at any given time during the shift
