Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a Senior Manager, Area Support (Food) to serve as a key regional leader supporting accounts throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and parts of New York.

What You'll Do

As the Senior Manager, Area Support, you will be the culinary and operational expert supporting locations throughout the region. You'll partner closely with District Managers, Vice Presidents of Operations, onsite leadership teams, and culinary professionals to ensure consistent excellence and successful execution of company initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting multiple corporate dining accounts across a five-state territory.
• Leading and supporting new account openings, site refreshes, and operational transitions.
• Partnering with business development and operations leaders to support sales presentations, client meetings, and food tastings.
• Serving as the regional culinary lead, driving innovation and best practices across the portfolio.
• Implementing and deploying company-wide culinary and operational initiatives.
• Supporting District Managers and Vice Presidents of Operations with strategic operational priorities.
• Participating in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and client expectation meetings.
• Identifying opportunities to elevate guest experiences, food quality, and operational efficiency.
• Championing new menu concepts, culinary trends, and dining innovations.
• Providing hands-on support for catering programs, special events, and high-profile client engagements.
• Coaching and mentoring culinary and operational teams to achieve performance goals and enhance employee engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Progressive leadership experience within corporate dining, hospitality, food service, or catering operations.
• Strong culinary knowledge and a passion for food innovation and guest experience.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or managing regional responsibilities.
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate across multiple teams and levels of leadership.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including experience supporting sales efforts and client-facing events.
• Experience implementing new programs, processes, and operational initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly visible environment with changing priorities.
• Catering leadership and event management experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned geography.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 5 years   

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in operations
