[What the role is]
The role focuses on driving culture change through organisational diagnosis and the design and delivery of interventions in areas such as leadership, management practices and change management across the organisation. He/she will work closely with leaders and diverse stakeholders at all levels to support OD and change initiatives, build alignment and commitment, and contribute to the sustained development of the desired organisational culture.[What you will be working on]
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve organisational development (OD) priorities to enable an I&E culture, demonstrating deep understanding of organisational systems and their interdependencies.
- Partner with leaders and key stakeholders to support and drive culture transformation efforts across the organisation.
- Lead the administration of pulse surveys and other organisational diagnosis tools; analyse findings, and support targeted follow-up actions to strengthen organisational and team effectiveness.
- Apply process consultation skills to design and deliver interventions that support leaders and teams in navigating challenges and improving effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD and change management initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive and supportive change culture within NYP, promoting the benefits and value of transformation initiatives to staff.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends in OD and apply them to enhance NYP’s OD approach.
[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification, preferably in organisational development-related or change management-related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in organisational development or change management, preferably with a diverse portfolio covering culture, process and technology-related implementations.
- Strong understanding of organisational development principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential barriers to change.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in project management and knowledge of project management methodologies will be an added advantage.
- Relevant change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of evolving technologies and their impact to organisations and work will be an added advantage.
